The Federal Business Development Rep will be accountable for acquiring business within the DOD and Civilian space by building and expanding their deep and vast relationships, reviewing agencies spend priorities and historic vehicle use. They will use their experience in this specialized position to quickly identify Federal spending trends, program awards and revenue generating opportunities to achieve quota attainment while maximizing the compensation plan.
We are looking for the right person who executes on the overall Federal plan while being innovative, creative and determined to run this position as if they were their own CEO. We need someone with the “sales gene” who can communicate effectively with both tech geeks and decision makers of Government agencies, systems integrators and VAR’s. If you think a GWAC is a new Ford truck then this job is not for you. The ideal candidate will have a passion for partnering, loves bringing people together in true collaborative form and can redirect quickly based on direction from management.
