Sr. Automation QA Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6 + years minimum of experience Quality Assurance testing
• Dedicated to test automation and use of automation to minimize manual testing.
• Experience building automation tools from the ground up
• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases that work in an Agile environment
• Provide clear and detailed reports on test execution status
• Programming Experience (PHP, Python, Perl)
• Enjoys Writing Bash Scripts
• Understanding of common web architecture:
OS (Linux)
Web Servers (NginX or Apache)
Front-End Technology (HTML, CSS, Javascript & JQuery)
Back-end Technology (scripting, database, caching technologies)
• Understanding of client-side technology: Browser matrices - what features work on which browser on which OS
• Familiarity with Object Oriented Programming
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Release Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Working Knowledge of: - XML, HTML, HTML5, PHP, JSON, LAMP Stack - Selenium (IDE & Web Driver) and/or Watir - SQL - Distributed Source Control (Git or Mercurial)
