Job Description

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and execution of digital projects. This person guarantees delivery on time and budget. The DPM builds and manages team projects, reports to the project sponsors, and ensures quality control throughout the digital project lifecycle. The DPM is accountable for confirming specific deliverables, while keeping the team engaged to meet individual deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Accountability over the coordination of project development from initiation to closure.
•Engage with project stakeholders to complete the digital project roadmap scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
•Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding rationale.
•Provide clarity of individual responsibilities and work structure while estimating resources required including delivery dates.
•Develop digital project timelines and milestones.
•Accomplish human resource objectives: lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
•Achieves operational objectives: determine how results will be measured and how they will be achieved.
•Develop tools/best practices for project management & execution
•Safely crash unsuccessful/re-prioritized projects.
•Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
•Enhance department and organizational reputation by accepting ownership of new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the product pipeline.

Requirements:

•Five plus years of work experience in project/marketing management.
•University degree in business studies or related field.
•Familiarity with project tools and software packages.
•Demonstrate leadership in managing people.
•Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
•Strategic, operational, and technical marketing/management skills.
•Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in the environment and priorities.
•Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
•Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments throughout the organization.
