We are looking for hardcore developers to build custom, web driven applications that will allow our business to normalize and integrate external specifications. Currently we’re working on streamlining the distribution of data to our clients.

Embark on challenging projects where we are continually conceptualizing, designing, and developing new systems: Symfony 2.1, SOLR, Redis, Hadoop, and MongoDB.

We are also looking to develop systems to automate several components of our internal process. This will involve the use of queuing systems, MySQL, SOA, and APIs to create processes that can reliably drive key components of the business.

We currently build these systems on the LAMP stack, but are looking for skilled developers that can meet business requirements in an efficient and creative way.

You will have the following qualifications:

5+ years of software engineering, object-oriented programming and web development experience
Thorough understanding of PHP 5.x, MySQL 5.x / Apache2, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/AJAX, MVC
Experience working in a Linux development environment
Flexibility in adapting to rapidly changing requirements
Ability to work independently but also able to communicate cross-functionally to seek out information when required
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent technical, analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills
BS in Computer Science, or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
