Utilizing your Accounting expertise, you will be responsible for accounts payable services including reviewing and auditing vendor invoices, managing the purchase approval process, and monitoring financial activities. Because you love to multitask and take pride in attention to detail, you take pride in managing all phases of payroll and processing payroll through our ADP service provider including submission of garnishments and monthly benefits reports. You will maintain and manage the Employee Time Off report ensuring accuracy in monthly reports, supply information requested by year-end audit team and participate in the monthly financial statement close process. You will employ your excellent communication skills to interact with employees and vendors for inquiries, information gathering and research. As a team player, you enjoy assisting team members in general accounting duties such as business and liability insurance renewals, budget and expense review and review/validation of payroll quarterly and yearly reports.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least a 3.0 GPA.
• 2+ years of hands-on, industry experience in accounting. Ideally, your experience will be in a software/high technology company, but that is not required.
• Superior MS Excel and MS Word skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to communicate across a diverse group of internal and external customers (employees and vendors).
• Knowledge of ADP payroll systems.

Preferences:
• NetSuite is a plus.
