Senior Web Application Developer with a proven track record of building high quality software. Experience developing N-tier, SOA applications is a must. He/she will have extensive knowledge of database design and development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Work with Architect and Applications Developers to understand business application change requirements and goals and assist in the development of scalable, available, and high performance applications.
-Document designs, systems and processes.
-Troubleshoot production problems and work with other team members to identify and address issues.
-Improve incident and change management processes for agile development environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
-5-10 years working in the Microsoft stack, including extensive experience using C#, .NET 3.5/4.0
-Solid SQL development skills
-Be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of database design principles
-Experience working with Microsoft web technologies such as ASP.NET and WCF
-Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, REST, MVC (Model-View –Controller) and LINQ
-Strong understanding of Patterns and Practices
-Technical foundation and in-depth knowledge of enterprise applications.
-Understanding of Agile development methodology (Agile and Scrum).

DESIRED
-Test Driven Development (TDD) experience is a plus
-Experience with Windows Workflow Foundation and/or Razor is a plus
-Experience in Virtual Environments (VMWare)
-Technical lead experience coupled with ability to mentor jr developers

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
