The Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master will be driving small to mid-size software development initiatives through the entire life cycle, using the Agile Methodology. This position reports to the Vice President of Product Management and will be maintaining continuous communication with the product owners, developers, and key stakeholders throughout the planning, development, and testing lifecycles to ensure our final product meets requirements and expected outcomes.

General Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Keep development projects on track
-Conduct meetings with user groups and internal stake holders to gather, understand, and
document product/service requirements
-Utilize an Agile scrum framework to schedule and lead Sprint Planning/Reviews, Daily Standups
and various other team meetings.
-Work closely with the development team and cross functional teams with members from Product
-Management, Business Analyst, Production Support, and IT
-Track and report KPIs on project/sprint progress and track and drive resolution of issues
-Work closely with the VP Product Management.
-Assist with tasks across multiple, simultaneous development projects and help develop project
management processes
-Support product owners with product documentation and onboarding materials.

Required Skills & Experience:
-Previous experience as an Agile Scrum Master is required

Scrum master specific skills/experience:
-2+ years practical experience in Scrum/Kanban (required)
-Experience coaching teams in the early phase of an agile / scrum roll out
-Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and
procedures
-Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
-Experience with agile tools (such as Jira)
-Must have experience managing software development projects
-Background in Software Development Life Cycle, ideally Applications background
-Technical background experience in software, business analysis, and data management
-Proven ability in Project Management Life Cycle
-4+ years of hands on Project Management
-A Team player with excellent communication skills

EDUCATION: BS/BA – information technology, business, development or related field
