Monsoon is seeking a Front End Developer to join our team and help shape the future of our web and mobile applications. You will work within our small team, being part of the full product cycle, making decisions and creating software that could potentially affect millions of people.

Our Ideal Candidate:

3+ yrs experience building web applications
Recent HTML5 development experience
Exceptional Javascript programming skills
Experience with jQuery and other Javascript frameworks to create rich interactive content
Experience integrating with server-side code to produce dynamic pages
Coding valid and compliant HTML and CSS mark-up
Developing cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions
Experience with version control and continuous integration
Some basic design chops (or at least a good aesthetic)
Bonus Points:

Good understanding of Web Accessibility
Experience with Backbone.js
API Documentation
Some experience in AJAX techniques
Knowledge of HTML Email best practice
BS or higher degree in computer science or similar field
Any apps that you have developed on your own
