HubSpot is looking for Senior Java Engineers to design and deploy the next generation of our SaaS platform that distributes dynamic content with relevant context to millions of contacts, while monitoring and managing all the information across thousands of servers.

About you

You are passionate about writing efficient code and have a natural curiosity about various technologies. In your career, you have mastered a number of programming domains and can learn new ones as needed. In addition you have delivered and iterated software products from concept to production. General qualifications we look for include:
? 5+ years software development experience - SaaS, multi-tiered web based applications and/or enterprise platforms

? Experience with large scale distributed data environments/clusters using Hadoop, HBase, MapReduce is highly desirable

? Strong working knowledge of Java with a solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, performance optimizations techniques, and multi-threading programming

? Strong experience with open source technologies such as Hadoop, HBase, MySQL, Memcached, and Nginx considered favorably

? Amazing engineering skills, you are on your way to being the one of the best engineers you know

? Excellent written and spoken English communication
