Duties:
Create, manage and help execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed expectations

Lead and manage customer acquisition efforts including internet marketing, PR, events, guerilla, viral, social and offline marketing efforts

Analyze, evaluate and optimize all marketing activities

Conduct and analyze market research

Identify and capitalize on market trends

Coach and mentor your team in order to maximize effectiveness

Work closely with Business Development and Sales in order to reach corporate goals

Work with Finance to build weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual budgets/forecasts

Participate on the executive team and help develop strategies to help MOGL win

Experience Required:
University degree, MBA welcomed
8+ years experience as a senior level marketing manager
Experience working in a start-up or an extremely innovative company
MUST HAVE experience with a consumer facing internet company
Extremely strong analytical skills
Extremely strong management skills
Ability to articulate your vision
Experience with successful viral marketing efforts
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proven track-record of implementing customer acquisition channel ideas that work!
