Hiring high quality technical talent is one of the toughest tasks for any startup. It’s a two-way sales pitch that starts with each side’s first impression of the other. By creating a great candidate experience, you may be able to hire better talent, at lower salaries, and away from companies you would have never expected to successfully compete against.

Just like a company’s customer focused experience, its candidate experience is a way to engage and attract the right “customer”. The CX starts with first impression and continues all the way through the onboarding process.
