What Technical Candidates Want to Know in an Interview

When interviewing, there’s a lot to keep in mind. Too late, candidates are stymied by the question, “Do YOU have any questions for US?” and leave interviews forgetting to ask for pertinent information. For developers and other technical candidates, you’re dealing with some specific unknowns. There are questions related not only to the work environment, but the technology stack, the team you’re expected to collaborate with, the process the potential employer has in place to implement your code, etc.

To that end, we came across this list on GitHub. It’s comprehensive, and the author warns you not to send the whole thing to an employer, or you probably won’t hear back. But we think this is a good list to keep in mind when you’re pondering where you might next be spending 40 hours/ week.
