The Senior Accountant / Junior Accounting Manager (Contract or Direct Hire) is responsible for all aspects of month end close and some financial reporting. This position will report to the VP Finance and will be responsible for collaboration, research and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate GAAP compliant reporting and timely financial statements.

Primary responsibilities include: A/P; A/R & chargebacks; managing Independent Contractor payments/invoices; cash distribution; month-end closing and reporting; bank reconciliation and transfers; tax compliance for annual reports; and accounting interface with other departments. Back-up to payroll (ADP).
